Back to Liza’s party, my appointment on the event day got postponed and I asked Liza whether she had gotten her photographer yet. We fixed an appoinment to discuss her requirements and the rest was history!

In all honesty, I wasn’t sure what to expect at Farah Liza’s birthday party but I am realising that I loooooove to photograph birthday parties. Her party has given me so many ideas which I hope I can include them in future party packages. Of course, her party wouldn’t have been made possible by her family and friends who have put in so much effort in making her party a success. Me thinks that Liza should consider doing party planning one day.

And not forgetting the beautiful dessert isle that Mariah & Sham has created which totally bowled me over. One can see how much effort they had put into Liza’s dessert isle by all the details. And they don’t just look beautiful. They taste good too! I know because I had some bites on (almost all!!!) the dessert on the table. hehe.

To Liza whose actual birthday will fall in this blessed month of Ramadhan, Happy Birthday to you, dearie! May your days be filled with health and happiness. Here is a sneak peek of her album. She just twittered that shes having a hard time choosing the photos to be included in her album. I don’t blame her. I would be having a headache if I were in her shoes. Fortunately it isn’t me. hehe. :p

I don’t watch soccer but I get all excited when it’s worldcup time. I still remember how some of the animation students in my final year course managed to tweak the teevee (which was meant to show only their animation works) and got the worldcup channel. And it was FREE at that time! We cheered for our favourite teams when the match started. Of course, the team with the most number of handsome boys will get the loudest cheer amongst the girls. hurhur. I miss those days.

I have to control myself frm stuffin myself with every single one of these while at work. I did take a break and tried most of it…like who can resist them anyway?! They’re calling out to me while I was taking detailed pictures of them. Oops, I think I talked too much about the food in this post. lol!

eXplorerkids has changed much since the last time I went there too. It looks so much fun that I was even tempted to try out their slide…hurhur. Well, maybe I’ll bring the girls along to Explorerkids during the school hols one day.

It was also my first time leaving Sarah with my parents while I did my assignment. Although it was a short 2hr assignment, I was worried that she might cry when she realised I was missing. My worry was dumbfounded because everything went smoothly and Sarah was comfortable without me around. phew!

Aniq’s mummy sure knows how to throw a party because it was only 2 months back that they organised one for his twin brothers, Redza and Raziq. It’s Aniq’s turn this time as he turned ONE…wooohooo!! Dress code was purple because the theme was Barney (or green/yellow for Babybop and BJ). I came all decked in purple too.

Food was aplenty and yummy’licious. There were fabulous party favours and toys for the guests and that’s not all. The guests get to pack their party packs themselves! Isn’t that great? You can just choose and omit out anything that you don’t want.

The highlight of the night was a game of Bingo. I’m sure they had clean, good fun while playing the game because I did too. Happy birthday, Aniq!

The last time I saw Imran was early this year when he and his family had a bit of a studio session with me. He’s still a bit shy and looked unbothered with his own birthday party. But I’m very sure everyone had their own share of fun chomping onto chikin nuggets and fries, catching up with frens&relatives or just dancing to the party mood. The kids…well, they are like firecrackers…one got to photograph them fast before that moment’s all gone.  And I swear some of the kids can dance much much better than me. I can’t dance anyway…hah!
